Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge was launched alongside the vanilla 11i 5G in India on January 6. The USP of the Hypercharge model is its support for 120W fast charging. The 11i Hypercharge is Xiaomi’s first smartphone in India to feature 120W fast charging support. At the event, the company also teased the launch of a “HyperPhone”. Based on the teaser, we can expect another Xiaomi smartphone to come with the 120W Hypercharge charging support. Previous reports suggested that the Xiaomi 11T series will launch soon in India and the latest teaser could be about Xiaomi’s premium smartphones.
The company did not confirm the official name of the HyperPhone that it teased at the launch event. However, it would be safe to assume that the device is indeed the Xiaomi 11T Pro, which comes with 120W HyperCharge support. The device was launched last year in Europe and is expected to arrive in India next month. Xiaomi did not reveal the Xiaomi 11T Pro launch date in India. Xiaomi 11T Pro specifications
The 11T Pro comes with a Snapdragon 888 SoC under the hood and is paired with up to 8GB of RAM. The device has 256GB of internal storage and packs a 5000 mAh battery. As mentioned, there is 120W fast charging support. The phone runs on Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 on top.
In terms of optics, the 11T Pro has a triple-camera setup on the back. There is a 108 MP primary sensor, an 8 MP ultrawide shooter, and a 5 MP telemacro camera. There’s no OIS on either sensor, while the main camera can record video in up to 8K resolution. For selfies, the 11T Pro has a 16 MP selfie camera.
At the front, there is a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 480Hz touch sampling rate. The display has an HDR10+ certification and offers 1,000 nits of peak brightness. Other specs include dual speakers, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 5G, 4G, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6, IP53 rating, etc.
