Xiaomi is expected to launch the Xiaomi 12 series next month in China. Xiaomi is rumoured to launch multiple handsets in the Xiaomi 12 series, however, it looks like the company will launch only two of these initially.
A new leak by Digitial Chat Station suggests that the company might launch the Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12X in China on December 12. DCS also claims that both these handsets will come with curved displays and symmetrical speaker setup.
To recall, Xiaomi 11 features a flat display and the Ultra model comes with a curved display. Xiaomi seems to be changing things this time around as the upcoming Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12X is said to feature a curved display. Apart from it, Digital Chat Station suggests that the Mi 12 lineup will feature symmetrical speakers.
To those unaware, Mi 11 features a stereo speaker setup tuned by Harman Kardon. One of these two speakers is on the top left side, while the other one is on the bottom right side. Which means there are high chances of getting a speaker blocked while using the phone in landscape mode.
