Xiaomi has launched the Xiaomi 12 series globally. The company has launched three new flagship devices, namely the Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12 Pro, and the Xiaomi 12X. The three flagship smartphones were launched late last year in China. Xiaomi has launched the devices with the same specs as the Chinese variant. 

The devices come with a triple-camera setup on the back. All three models feature an AMOLED display with support for a high refresh rate support. The devices are expected to launch soon in India. Let’s take a look at the Xiaomi 12 series price, specifications, features and other details.

Xiaomi 12 series price

Xiaomi 12 series launched globally comprises of three models. The vanilla Xiaomi 12 has been unveiled in 8GB + 128GB , 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB storage configurations. The device comes with a starting price of $749 (roughly Rs 57,200).

Xiaomi 12 Pro arrives in two storage options – 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB. The device comes with a starting price of $999 (roughly Rs 76,300)

Xiaomi 12X arrives in 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB storage options. It is priced at EUR $649 (roughly Rs 49,600)

Specifications and features

Starting with the 12 Pro, the device comes with a 6.67-inch 2K AMOLED display. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate and has 1500 nits of peak brightness. The phone sports a triple-camera setup on the back. It has a 50MP Sony IMX 707 main lens with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide camera and a 50MP telephoto camera. For selfies, there is a 32MP front camera.

Under the hood, the 12 Pro draws power from a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. It packs a 4,600 mAh battery with support for 120W wired fast charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.

The vanilla 12 has a smaller 6.28-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution. It comes with a centrally aligned hole punch cutout and support for a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone draws power from a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and packs a 4500 mAh battery. It supports 67W fast charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charge support. 

On the back, there is a triple-camera setup with a 50MP main camera. The phone has a 13MP ultrawide camera and a 5MP tele-macro camera. Both devices boot Android 12-based MIUI 13 out of the box.
