Xiaomi 12T series is expected to launch soon in some global markets. The upcoming 12T series is expected to pack in at least two devices namely, the Xiaomi 12T Pro and Xiaomi 12T. We have spotted both devices on multiple certifications and websites in the past. A few days back the vanilla Xiaomi 12T was spotted on the Geekbench database and now the Xiaomi 12T Pro has been listed on the benchmarking website.
The 12T series is expected to launch in the month of September. The Xiaomi 12T Pro’s Geekbench listing reveals details like RAM, processor, OS version, and more. Let’s take a look at the details.
Xiaomi 12T Pro Listed on Geekbench: Details
The upcoming Xiaomi 12T Pro has been listed on the website with the “22081212UG” model number. The G in the model number indicates this is a Global variant. As per the listing, the device will come with an octa-core processor with four cores running at 2.02GHz, three cores running at 2.75GHz, and one prime core running at 3.19GHz. This is Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. This chipset will be paired with Adreno 730 GPU.
The listing suggests the 12T Pro will come with 8GB of RAM, but the device is also expected to come in a 12GB variant. Further, the phone will run on Android 12 out of the box, which should be based on MIUI 13. In terms of scores, the device has secured 1300 and 4061 in the single-core and multi-core tests respectively.
Xiaomi 12T Pro: Expected Specifications
The Xiaomi 12T Pro is tipped to feature a Full HD+ display with 1220 x 2712 pixels resolution. The Xiaomi 12T Pro will also come with an in-display fingerprint scanner, Dolby Vision support and a centrally aligned hole-punch cutout for the 20MP front camera. It will feature the latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.
In the camera department, the 12T Pro is expected to feature a 200MP Samsung HP1 sensor, 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro camera. The phone is expected to have a 5,000mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging out of the box.
