The 13 Pro is said to feature a 1-inch camera sensor found in the 12S Ultra. The vanilla model, on the other hand, is likely to come with incremental upgrades over the outgoing model.

The launch date of the Xiaomi flagship series is unknown. The devices are expected to launch first in China, followed by other markets. The launch seems imminent as the device has been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website. Let’s take a look at more details about the Xiaomi 13 specifications, features and other details.

Xiaomi 13 BIS Listing

The Xiaomi 13 has been spotted on the BIS website with the model number 2210132G. The listing suggests that the phone could arrive very soon. While the listing on BIS does not reveal any specifications, some details about the phone have leaked in the past.

The Xiaomi 13 series is said to feature the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, which will be unveiled on November 15. The new SoC is likely to be paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

The design renders of the phone have leaked as well. Unlike the outgoing model, the Xiaomi 13 will sport a flat frame design. The rear panel curves slightly into the frame. The phone will sport a square-shaped camera module. It will feature a triple-camera setup on the back. There will also be an LED flash in the module.

On the front, there will be a 6.2-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a hole-punch cutout at the top centre. The screen is flat and has fairly thin bezels around it. The phone is said to measure 152.8 x 71.5 x 8.3 mm.

A 3C listing revealed that the phone will support 67W fast charging support. It is also rumoured to sport a 1.5K resolution and feature a 50MP main camera sensor. Lastly, it will run Android 13-based MIUI 14 out of the box.
