Xiaomi has finally launched the smartphone in the country. The smartphone will compete with other flagships from brands such as Google Pixel 7 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and iPhone 14 Pro Max. The brand has also revealed additional bank discounts and exchange offers with the smartphone.
Xiaomi 13 Pro Pricing and Availability
Xiaomi has launched the smartphone in India with a price tag of Rs 79,999. The device is available in a single variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. It is available in Ceramic Black and Ceramic White colour options. The device will be available for a special early access sale at 12PM on March 6. ICICI offers up to Rs 10,000 instant discount bringing the price to Rs 69,999. Xiaomi also announced a special additional exchange bonus up to Rs 12,000. The smartphone will be exclusively available through Amazon.in from 12PM on March 10 in India. It will be also available through Mi Home, Xiaomi E-Store and Mi retail partners.
Xiaomi 13 Pro Specifications
The Xiaomi 13 Pro features a 6.73-inch E6 AMOLED WQHD+ LTPO display with a 3200×1440 pixels resolution. The display has an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz, a peak brightness of 1900 nits, a typical brightness of 1200 nits, an aspect ratio of 20:9, HDR10+, P3 colour gamut, 360° ambient light sensors and Dolby vision support.
A Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset built on a 4nm process backs the smartphone. The chipset has one prime core based on X3-based), two performance cores, each based on A715 & A710 and three efficiency cores based on A510. The chipset pairs with LPDDR5X 8533Mbps RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The smartphone runs on MIUI 14 based on Android 13 out of the box.
In the optics department, the Xiaomi 13 Pro features a triple-rear camera setup which Leica has tuned. The rear camera consists of a large primary 50MP Sony IMX 989 sensor with a 1” size. The sensor has an f/1.9 aperture, 8P lens and supports HyperOIS. It has a secondary 50MP telephoto sensor with f/2.0 aperture, OIS and supports macro photography. It has a tertiary 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens with a field of view of 115°.
The cantered punch-hole in the display houses the 32MP front camera and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. A 4820 mAh battery with 120W fast charging support backs the smartphone. The smartphone also supports 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging tech. It has a dimension of 162.9 x 74.6 x 8.38 mm and weighs 229 grams.
