Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro Key Specifications Leaked, Said to Come With Up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage Models

Xiaomi is gearing up for the launch of its new flagship series. The company was originally slated to launch the Xiaomi 13 series on December 1. However, due to unknown circumstances, the company postponed the launch without revealing the new launch date. Xiaomi is expected to launch the devices later this month in China. The company has already confirmed some key details about the phones. Meanwhile, a new report by PriceBaba has revealed the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro’s RAM and storage details.

The report reveals that the 13 Pro will launch with four storage configurations. The base model will offer 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. There will also be an 8GB + 256GB storage variant of the Pro smartphone. Xiaomi will launch the 12GB RAM variant with 256GB and 512GB storage options.

The Xiaomi 13 5G, which is the more affordable flagship of the two, will launch in China in four configurations as well. The device will be available in 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB storage options. Xiaomi has already confirmed that the phones will feature UFS 4.0 storage and LPDDR5X RAM. However, the base model is said to come with a slightly slower UFS 3.1 storage standard.

The Xiaomi 13 is also said to be available in a limited edition colour variant but the details are unknown. It is being said that the device will launch in Mountain Blue, Green, Ceramic Black and Ceramic White colour options. The blue colour variant is said to come with a leather back.

Some of the Xiaomi 13 series specifications and features have been confirmed. The rumour mill has done the rest of the job and revealed what is yet to be announced officially.

Xiaomi 13 Series Specifications

The Xiaomi 13 series is confirmed to draw power from a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. The company has also teased the design, which reveals that the Pro model will get a curved display, whereas the standard model will sport a flat panel.

The 13 Pro is confirmed to get a 50MP Sony IMX989 1-inch sensor along with a 75mm Leica telephoto lens. The rumoured specs reveal that the phone will feature a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor for the telephoto camera and a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor for the ultrawide shooter. It is said to sport a 6.73-inch OLED 120Hz display with a 2K resolution. The phone is also likely to pack a 4820mAh battery with 120W fast charging, 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging support.

The vanilla model, on the other hand, is rumoured to sport a 6.3-inch Full HD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will also sport a triple-camera setup on the back with a 50MP main camera, a 13MP ultrawide camera and a 10MP telephoto camera. For selfies, both phones will feature a 32MP front camera. The Xiaomi 13 will pack a 4500mAh battery with 67W wired fast charging 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging support.
