Xiaomi has unveiled the Xiaomi 13 Pro smartphone at Rs 79,999 in India. The other smartphones in the Xiaomi 13 series may launch at a future date in India. The brand had announced many discounts for customers interested in buying the smartphone. It also announced a price cut for Xiaomi 12 Pro smartphone in India. The smartphone has received a price cut of Rs 10,000 and an additional instant bank discount or exchange bonus. Xiaomi also wants Apple users to switch to its latest Xiaomi 13 Pro smartphone. The company has revealed special exchange discounts for iPhone users in India.

Additional Exchange Discounts for iPhone Users Exchanging with Xiaomi 13 Pro

Anuj Sharma, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Xiaomi India, has revealed that the Xiaomi 13 Pro can be purchased for Rs 48,999 for an iPhone user. He cited the example of an iPhone 12, which has an exchange value of Rs 23,000. The additional Rs 8000 flat discount for iPhones would bring down the price from Rs 79,999 to Rs 48,999 in India. The discount is applicable for every iPhone exchanged with the latest 13 Pro smartphone.

Previously, Xiaomi had revealed an instant discount of up to Rs 10,000 for ICICI customers purchasing the smartphone with a Credit Card or Debit Card EMI on the special early access sale. The brand had announced a flat Rs 12,000 instant discount on the exchange of old Xiaomi smartphones. Xiaomi wants everyone to experience the new flagship smartphone. The Xiaomi 13 Pro sports a 6.73-inch E6 AMOLED WQHD+ LTPO display with a 3200×1440 pixels resolution.

The display has an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz, a peak brightness of 1900 nits, HDR10+ and Dolby vision support. Underneath, it sports the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset built on the 4nm process. The chipset pairs with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 4.0 storage. It is the first smartphone from Xiaomi to run on MIUI 14 based on Android 13 out of the box.

Xiaomi features a triple-rear camera setup with Leica tuning on the Xiaomi 13 Pro. The structure comprises a primary 50MP Sony IMX 989 sensor with f/1.9 aperture and HyperOIS. A secondary 50MP telephoto sensor with OIS and a tertiary 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens with a field of view of 115° accompanies the sensor. The display houses the 32MP front camera inside the punch-hole.

A 4820 mAh battery with 120W fast charging support backs the smartphone. The smartphone also supports 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging tech. Xiaomi includes Gorilla Glass Victus protection, IP68 similar water resistance, Wi-Fi 7, NFC, Bluetooth 5.3 and more with the smartphone.
