Xiaomi 13 Series Global Launch Timeline Tipped Ahead of Official Confirmation

The global variants are likely to pack the same set of specifications and features found in the Chinese model. 

The Xiaomi 13 Pro is the more premium smartphone of the two. It comes with a 6.73-inch AMOLED display with a QHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate support. The screen is curved and supports LTPO technology for dynamic refresh rate switching. The display also has a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.

It comes with a triple-camera setup on the back. There is a 50MP 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor with OIS support. It comes with a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP telephoto camera with OIS support and 3.2x optical zoom. The phone packs a 4820mAh battery and 120W fast charging, 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging support. 

The device shares the processor with the vanilla model. They both feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC under the hood. The vanilla 13 5G also sports a 6.36-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution. It comes with display features, such as a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 1900 nits peak brightness, etc.

The phone features a triple-camera setup on the back. There is a 50MP Sony IMX800 main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 10MP telephoto camera with 3.2x optical zoom. The device also packs a 4500mAh battery and supports 67W fast charging.

Both phones feature a 32MP front camera. They also run MIUI 14 based on Android 13 out of the box. Xiaomi’s latest flagships come with an IP68 rating and support for stereo speakers.
