Xiaomi recently launched the Xiaomi 13 Ultra smartphone for the global market. The Chinese OEM is working on the upcoming flagship Xiaomi 14 series smartphones. Recently, a tipster revealed the key specifications of the upcoming flagship devices. The company is also now working on the Xiaomi 13T series smartphones. The series will consist of Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro smartphones.
The rumours on the web indicate that Xiaomi will launch Xiaomi 13T series smartphones in the global markets soon. The Pro variant was spotted in the IMEI database in April 2023. A tipster hinted that Xiaomi would launch the smartphone in Q3 or early Q4 of 2023. Ahead of the developments, Xiaomi 13T Pro smartphone has been spotted (via) the IMDA certification website.
Xiaomi 13T Pro Tipped Pricing and Specifications
The IMDA certification of the upcoming smartphone indicates that the global launch of the smartphone is nearing. The listing reveals that the upcoming 13T Pro smartphone will bear the model number 23078PND5G. Previously, the IMEI database listing had revealed the same model number for the forthcoming device. The IMDA certification also adds that the device will have Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and NFC connectivity.
The upcoming Xiaomi 13T Pro smartphone will likely be an affordable variant of the vanilla Xiaomi 13 Pro. Amazon UK had accidentally listed the 12GB + 512GB variant for £799 (approx. Rs 83,400). Xiaomi would also launch the smartphone in 12GB + 256GB configuration. The Amazon listing also reveals that the brand will launch the device in a Meadow Green colour variant. Xiaomi will continue the Leica partnership with the upcoming Xiaomi 13T series smartphones.
Amazon UK listing indicates that the device would have a leading 4nm processor. The smartphone could be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 or MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset. The previous trends of Xiaomi ‘T” series smartphones indicate that the Pro version will likely be equipped with a Qualcomm chipset built on a 4nm process.
The Amazon listing also confirms that the device will be backed by a 5000 mAh battery which supports 120W fast charging tech. Xiaomi will equip the smartphone with a CrystalRes AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz. The smartphone will run on MIUI 14 based on Android 13 out of the box. Tipster Snoopytech reveals that Xiaomi will launch the smartphone on September 2023.
The vanilla 13T smartphone is also tipped to launch alongside the 13T Pro smartphone in September 2023. The vanilla model will likely feature a MediaTek Dimensity chipset built on a 4nm process. The chipset will pair with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The primary difference between both smartphones would be the chipset, configurations, and fast charging speeds. The device will be backed by a 5000 mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. Xiaomi will likely price the smartphone at £599 (approx. Rs 62,470) for the 8GB + 256GB variant.
