Xiaomi is expected to launch the Xiaomi 14 series smartphones in China in the coming few weeks. The upcoming Xiaomi 14 lineup is expected to include three devices namely the Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi 14 Pro, and the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. The details about these devices have started coming courtesy of a few certifications. The Xiaomi 14 and the Xiaomi 14 Pro were spotted at 3C certification a couple of days back. The listing revealed that these devices will offer 90W and 120W fast charging support respectively. Now, ahead of launch, the Xiaomi 14 Pro 5K renders are revealed courtesy of 91Mobiles in collaboration with trusted leakster OnLeaks.
Xiaomi 14 Pro Will Feature Quad-Camera Setup
The leaked renders reveal that the upcoming Xiaomi 14 Pro will feature a flat display instead of a curved one. The display panel will have a punch-hole cutout at the centre which will accommodate the selfie camera. Furthermore, the renders also reveal that the smartphone will feature a quad-camera setup at the back accompanied by a dual LED flash. The renders also disclose that the device will feature a USB Type-C port, a speaker grille and a SIM card slot at the bottom side. Dimensions-wise, the handset will measure around 161.6 x 75.3 x 8.7mm.
As far as the other details go, the report mentions that the Xiaomi 14 Pro will boast a 6.6-inch flat 2.5D display. It is believed that the Xiaomi 14 and the Xiaomi 14 Pro will be powered by a yet-to-be-announced Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. The devices in the Xiaomi 14 series are expected to boot Android 14-based MIUI 15 out of the box. The Xiaomi 14 Pro is rumoured to pack a 4,860mAh battery which will have 120W fast charging support as revealed by 3C certification previously.
The rest of the specifications of the Xiaomi 14 Pro remain unknown. We can expect the handset to have features such as an in-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speaker setup with Dolby Atmos, and an IP rating for water and dust resistance.
The previous leak courtesy of Digital Chat Station had revealed that Xiaomi is planning to launch the Xiaomi 14 series in China in the first week of November. However, a recent report by ITHome citing several bloggers implies that the Xiaomi 14 series will go official on October 27.
