The Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition (M2002J9E) that we had spotted on TENAA earlier today, has now made a visit to the Geekbench benchmarking platform. According to the listing, the smartphone has an octa-core processor with 1.8GHz base frequency, 8GB of RAM, and the Android 10 OS. The device has scored 611 points in the single-core test and 1,917 points in the multi-core test in Geekbench 5.1 platform.

The world of smartphone leaks never seems to take a break, not even during the Coronavirus pandemic. Many brands seem to be developing new smartphones at their usual pace during the COVID-19 outbreak. And Xiaomi is one such manufacturer. The brand recently launched the Redmi K30 series and Redmi Note 9 series smartphones. And If that wasn’t enough, Xiaomi now seems to be working on a new 5G phone.

Today, we have spotted a listing on an unannounced smartphone from the Chinese brand, bearing the model number M2002J9E, on TENAA. According to the reports online, the Xiaomi M2002J9E is the Mi 10 Youth Edition 5G. Fortunately for us, the listing of Xiaomi M2002J9E on TENAA reveals almost all the specifications of the device and also its images from all sides. Moreover, we have spotted the listing of the device on MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology). Let us check it out.

The listing of the Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition (M2002J9E) that we have come across on TENAA today reveals that the smartphone has a 6.57-inch AMOLED display with Full HD resolution and an in-display fingerprint scanner. The phone has a total of five cameras, four at the rear, and one at the front. The rear camera setup includes a 48MP main camera with 4K video recording. Unfortunately, the details of the three remaining cameras are still unknown. Front camera is a 16MP unit. The mobile has an octa-core processor with a base frequency of 2.4GHz and the Android 10 operating system. The device will be available in 6GB RAM + 64GB storage, 6GB RAM + 128GB storage, and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variants. As for the battery, it is a 4060mAh unit. The device measures 164.06 x 72.77 x 7.98mm and weighs 192g.

Considering that the device has an 8GB RAM + 256GB storage option, it looks like the smartphone will feature a pretty powerful chipset, most probably, the Snapdragon 765G or the MediaTek Dimensity 1000 SoC. The listing of the Mi 10 Youth Edition 5G on 3C had revealed that the smartphone supports 22.5W charging. Going by the reports online, the Mi 10 Youth Edition is expected to come as an affordable edition of the Mi 10 Lite 5G. This upcoming smartphone from Xiaomi is expected to launch as of the most affordable 5G equipped smartphones in the market.
