The Mi Air Purifier 3 made its debut in China a few months ago. And Xiaomi has launched it in the Indian market today. The Mi Air Purifier 3 comes as the successor to the Mi Air Purifier 2S that was launched in India last year. This new air purifier from Xiaomi brings a significant improvement over its predecessor. Xiaomi Mi Air Purifier 3: Price in India, Availability
Xiaomi is offering the Mi Purifier 3 in India at a price of INR 9,999. It is available to purchase from Mi online store, Amazon India, and Flipkart. The brand hasn’t announced the offline availability of the Mi Air Purifier 3 yet.
If you want a more affordable air purifier from the brand, Xiaomi offers Mi Air Purifier 2S, which was launched in India last month. It costs INR 6,999. It is available to purchase from the same three platforms – Mi online store, Amazon India, and Flipkart.
Xiaomi Mi Air Purifier 3: Features and Specifications
The Xiaomi Mi Air Purifier 3 has a 3-stage filtration process. In the first stage, the air purifier uses Primary Filter to remove large airborne particles such as dust and hair. The second stage makes use of HEPA Class 13 Filter, which, according to Xiaomi, removes 99.97% of smoke, household dust, pet dander, mold spores, pollen, and other fine particles up to 0.3 microns in size. In the final stage, the air purifier uses Activated Carbon Filter, which, according to Xiaomi, removes formaldehyde, toxic substances, and foul odor. There is also a laser particle sensor to detect and inform you of the impurities in the air.
Xiaomi reveals that the Mi Air Purifier 3 has a centrifugal fan, custom brushless motor, and an air duct designed to reduce wind resistance. The brand claims that the purifier has 380m3/hr CADR, and it can provide 6333 liters of clean air per minute. According to Xiaomi, the Mi Air Purifier 3 can cover an area up to 484 square feet for air purification. The purifier has an OLED touch display to show information and control the unit. Speaking of, the Mi Air Purifier 3 can be controlled from the app, thanks to the inbuilt Wi-Fi connectivity.
