Mi Band is one of Xiaomi’s most popular products worldwide. The company launched the Mi Band 6 last year in India at the Mi Smarter Livings 2021 event. The new Mi Band got some visual upgrades along with a bunch of new health and fitness features. Later this year, Xiaomi is expected to launch the Mi Band 7 in China and other markets.

Xiaomi Mi Band 7 Specifications, Features Leaked
Xiaomi Mi Band 7 will launch later this year with some improvements over the current model, which is the Mi Band 6. A new report by XDA Developers has leaked the key features of the smart wearable. It claims that the upcoming Mi Band 7 will come with an even larger display than the one of the Mi Band 6. Citing Magical Unicorn, the report reveals that the Mi Band 7 has the codename L66. It will have model numbers M2129B1 and M2130B1. The screen will have a larger display with a 192 x 490p resolution. The exact screen size, however, remains unknown. Mi Band 6 has a 1.56-inch display.
The upcoming Mi Band 7 will come with an always-on display feature as well. Along with that, it will have support for several watch faces and a bunch of workout modes like Zumba, Aerobics, etc. Xiaomi is also expected to offer built-in GPS support on the upcoming Mi smart band. That being said, the Band 6’s firmware also suggested that it would feature built-in GPS support, but the final product didn’t come with the feature.
In addition to this, the Band 7 will come with a Smart Alarm feature. This feature will automatically wake you up from light sleep 30 minutes before your predefined alarm. Lastly, Mi Band 7 will come with a new Power Savings mode to extend the battery life of the smart band.
