After a plethora of leaks and rumors, Xiaomi has finally decided to take the wraps off its latest member in the Mi CC9 family of smartphones. The company has made the news official – Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro with a whopping 108MP primary camera is going to be unveiled on November 5.
Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro specifications and live shots
Starting things off with the cameras of the device (which are going to be the prime highlight of the CC9 Pro), we are going to get an unusually large array of cameras at the back. The device will support up to 5X optical zoom and clearly, the company has been able to pull off a significant upgrade when it comes to the cameras of the device (at least on paper).
Though not confirmed, the CC9 Pro is tipped to run on either the Snapdragon 730 or the Snapdragon 730G chipset. The chipset will be coupled with at least 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, though more memory variants will be there as well.
As far as the display of the device is concerned, we have got a couple of alleged live shots of the device which suggest that we are once again going to witness a waterdrop notch at the top of the device. The display of the CC9 Pro (as far as the leaked images are concerned) appears to be curved.
Here is how the device looks from the back.
Furthermore, the company does not seem to be hiding the device by any means and we can already see the officials showing off the CC9 Pro in all its glory.
So far, we can see the Aqua Green color variant of the device which looks similar to the Redmi Note 8, but we are most likely going to see more color variants coming up with the device (a White color variant is more than certain when it comes to the CC9 lineup of smartphones).
CC9 Pro won’t be the only thing launching on November 5
Looks like the CC9 Pro is not the only surprise Xiaomi has in store for us. As it turns out, the company will also launch the fifth generation of Xiaomi TVs on the same day.
Alongside the Xiaomi TV 5, we will also get to see the company’s first-ever smartwatch. By the looks of the official poster, the Xiaomi smartwatch will have support for calling, music, texts, driving mode and some more (we could not make out as to what the planet-looking portion of the image could signify).
Nevertheless, a leaked promotional poster kind of hints as to how the watch is going to look like.
As of now, there is not too much of intel about the device, but we are sure to receive further intel on the same in the coming days as the launch date is not too far from now.
