Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 accessories leaked via CNIPA

Xiaomi is gearing up for the Mi Pad 5 launch in August. Ahead of the launch, images of the tab’s accessories have leaked via the CNIPA. Images listed on the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) reveal that Xiaomi could launch a new keyboard accessory alongside its new tablet. The keyboard accessory, as seen in the images, has adjustable support, which will allow users to tilt the display’s viewing angle when attached to the keyboard. It also has a slim cutout for keeping the smart stylus. Furthermore, there is a tiny cutout that will work as a connector to attach the tablet to the keyboard. On the top-left corner is a square-shaped cutout for the camera module.

Details of the upcoming Mi Pad 5 have leaked in the past. The upcoming Xiaomi tablet is rumoured to feature a 10.95-inch display. Under the hood, it is likely to draw power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 platform and run MIUI for Pad OS. It will have support for handheld PC mode along with regular MIUI features.
