Xiaomi introduced the Redmi Note 10 series back in March in global markets including India. The Redmi Note 10 series consists of three handsets – vanilla Redmi Note 10, Redmi Note 10 Pro, and Redmi Note 10 Pro Max. The most affordable handset of the trio – the Note 10 received a price hike of Rs. 500 across the variants back in April. Now, two months later, Xiaomi has once again decided to increase the price of the Redmi Note 10, but this time it’s applicable only on the 6GB RAM variant. Redmi Note 10: Price in India!

The company hiked the price by Rs. 500 across variants in April, making the prices Rs. 12,499, and Rs. 14,499 for 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant, and 6GB RAM+ 128GB storage variants respectively. Now, the 6GB RAM + 128GB variant of the handset has received another Rs. 500 price hike, making the price Rs. 14,999. The updated prices are already live on mi.com

Redmi Note 10: Specifications, and Features

The vanilla Note 10 offers a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED with a 2400 x 1080 pixel resolution, and 60Hz refresh rate. The display also accommodates the front selfie shooter inside a punch-hole notch. The display is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 layer.

The Note 10 is equipped with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 678 platform fabbed on Samsung’s 11nm LPP process. While an integrated Adreno 612 graphics unit takes care of all the graphics-related tasks. The handset is available for purchase in up to 6GB LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 128GB UFS 2.1 storage configuration. The smartphone boots company’s proprietary MIUI 12, based on Android 11.

Moving on to the cameras, the device offers a quad-rear camera setup with an LED flash. The primary 48MP sensor gets coupled by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor. The Redmi Note 10 packs a 13MP shooter for selfies and video calls.

The Redmi Note series offers a 5000mAh battery unit with 33W fast-charging support. It features a USB Type-C charging port, a dedicated micro-SD card slot, a 3.5mm audio jack, and an IR blaster. The handset weighs around 178grams and is currently available in three color variants – Aqua Green, Frost White, and Shadow Black.
