
Xiaomi launched its Redmi Note 9 back in July this year in India and the smartphone was the third entrant in the series for the country, as the Redmi Note 9 Pro and the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max was already launched. The smartphone was launched with a starting price of Rs 11,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Now the Redmi Note 9 under a limited period offer received a discount of Rs 1,000 and available for sale across online platforms and the company’s official website. Redmi Note 9 Discount and Offers
The Redmi Note 9 is listed for sale on mi.com, Amazon India and other online portals and across all the offline stores at Rs 10,999 for the base variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Do note that the company is offering this discount on the base variant only for December 22nd and December 23rd 2020. The discount is limited for two days only. Besides, Amazon India is also offering up to Rs 1,500 instant discount on HDFC bank cards and EMI. Buyers can also avail No-Cost EMI on select cards.
Meanwhile, the other two variants are still listed at the same price point. The 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, the price at Rs 13,999, and the top-of-the-line variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, is up for grabs at Rs 14,999.
Redmi Note 9 Specifications
Just to recall, the Redmi Note 9 sports a 6.53-inch DotDisplay with a 2,340 x 1,080 pixels Full HD+ resolution. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 processor, which is coupled with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB internal storage.
On the optics front, the smartphone offers quad-rear camera setup with the combination of a 48MP wide-angle camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera with a 118-degree field of view, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. Upfront it houses a 13-megapixel camera setup underneath the single punch-hole camera setup.
The Redmi Note 9 features a large 5,020mAh battery with a 22.5W in-box fast charger. It also supports 9W reverse charging and includes a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C charging port, Bluetooth 5.0, and an IR blaster on the connectivity part.
