Xiaomi entered a new category this month in India with the launch of a Smart Air Fryer. The company launched its first Air Fryer in India to compete against a bunch of air fryer devices out in the market, such as the Philips Air Fryer. Xiaomi claims that it is India’s only smart air fryer in India with support for some features like Google Assistant, an interactive OLED display, etc.

Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer Price in India and Specifications
The Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer has been launched in India for Rs 9,999. Customers can pre-order the air fryer for Rs 7,999 until August 15. The smart air fryer goes on sale starting August 18 via Mi.com, Mi Home Stores and retail stores. It has been launched in a single white colour option.
Xiaomi claims that its 3.5L air fryer features a wide-temperature range for multi-functional cooking. The smart air fryer has over 50 smart recipes that can be cooked or baked. To have better control over the device and the recipes, users can connect the air fryer to the Mi Home app on their smartphone.
The air fryer leverages 1500W heating power that enables rapid temperature increase and more balanced heat distribution inside the Air Fryer, shortening the cooking time. It also offers adjustable temperatures between 40 degrees Celsius and 200 degrees Celsius along with 24 hours of continuous operating time. The low temperatures are automatically paired with the low rotating speed of the dual-speed motor for slow temperature increase. User can also schedule their meal for up to 24 hours in advance. The smart air fryer can also defrost frozen goods, bake, dried fruits, and ferment vegetables.
There is an OLED display at the top of the air fryer to provide real-time viewing of the cooking status. Alongside, users can also use Google Assistant to check the statistics.
