Xiaomi has announced a new smart TV in India today. The brand has unveiled a new budget smart TV called the Xiaomi Smart TV 5A Pro 32-inch. This new smart TV is priced under Rs 20,000 and will be available across various online and offline channels. This is also the first 32-inch TV under the Xiaomi Smart TV 5A series.
The new 32-inch TV from Xiaomi rivals the other smart TVs from Realme, OnePlus, VU, and more. The brand-new Xiaomi Smart TV 5A Pro comes with an HD panel and it runs on Android 11 based on PatchWall 4 UI. Let’s take a look at the new TV’s price, availability, and features.

The Xiaomi Smart TV 5A Pro 32-inch is priced at Rs 16,999 and the smart TV will be available across Mi.com, Amazon, Flipkart, and offline stores. The date for the first sale will be announced soon.

The Xiaomi Smart TV 5A Pro 32 comes with a 32-inch HD display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, 178° viewing angle, 60Hz refresh rate, 85% NTSC colour gamut, 92% DCI-P3, and there is also a Vivid Picture Engine, which adds extra colour, contrast and depth to every visual. The wall mount won’t be available in the box. 
The 32-inch Smart TV 5A Pro comes with a two-speaker setup with a total of 24W audio output and it brings support for Dolby Audio, DTS:X, and DTS Virtual: X. As for the software, there is Android 11 TV OS and the TV comes with Xiaomi’s own PatchWall 4 UI, which brings features like IMDb Integration, universal search, 300+ Live channels, kids mode with parental lock, smart recommendations, Mi Home, 15+ languages, and user centre.
As for the connectivity, there is Bluetooth 5.0 and dual-band Wi-Fi 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2×2 MIMO). The smart TV comes with a quad-core Cortex A55 CPU with GPU – Mali G31 MP2. On the inside, there is 1.5GB of RAM and 8GB of storage. Other features include chromecast built-in, Google Play Store, Google Assistant, two HDMI ports, two USB ports, an ethernet port, one AV and one 3.5mm jack. The TV also supports ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode) and ARC (Dolby Atmos Pass-through).
