Chinese smartphone giant Xiaomi is probably working on a budget flagship phone. Earlier this month, two phones from the brand with model numbers 2201123C and 2112123AC were spotted on a certification site and now, the one with model number 2112123AC has been spotted on the TENAA certification site of China. The TENAA listing reveals a few things about the phone and the biggest highlights of the phone are Snapdragon 870 SoC from Qualcomm and 67W fast charging. Recently we heard claims of naming its upcoming devices in a pretty simple way where Xiaomi 12, 12 Pro and 12 Ultra are referred to as L2, L1A, and L1. In the same way, L10, L10A, L11, and L11R refer to the phones from the Redmi K50 series, though the exact names of the phones aren’t known yet.
It is expected that the phone with model number 2112123AC could be the rumoured L3A variant under the Xiaomi 12 lineup, the Xiaomi 12 Mini. The phone could be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 870. However, nothing much is known about the device.

However, tipster Mukul Sharma has shared his insights on an upcoming Xiaomi phone, with the same Snapdragon 870 and 67W charging, but with better cameras. He further mentioned that the company would introduce the phone in global markets, and we can expect it to come to India as well.
[Exclusive] I can now confirm that Xiaomi is soon launching a new phone with Snapdragon 870 processor, 67W fast charging, and a pretty "aggressive" camera setup in the global market. Though Indian launch is not confirmed, we can expect it to come to India as well.#Xiaomi

However, it still remains unclear whether the phone with model number 2112123AC is the one everyone is talking about or it is something else. It could be Xiaomi 12 Mini, but no one has been able to establish a solid relationship between the model number 2112123AC or Xiaomi 12 Mini or with the rumoured hardware specifications.
It’s now well known that the company is launching the latest flagships very soon and new reports have now claimed the existence of a Xiaomi 12 Ultra Enhanced Edition, which is going to be the same as 12 Ultra but with an in-display fingerprint scanner. So, it could be pretty close to the upcoming Redmi K50 family. Key specifications of these two devices leaked today, revealing a 50-megapixel camera and Snapdragon 888 SoC onboard.
