The ROG Phone 6D Ultimate gets a 6.78-inch AMOLED, HDR 10+ display that offers Full HD+ resolution at 1080x2448 pixels. The display comes with a 20:4:9 aspect ratio and 395 PPI pixel density. The screen has a 165Hz refresh rate. It gets a Corning Gorilla Glass protection that protects the display from smudges and marks. The power button, the volume rockers and shoulder triggers are placed on the right side of the phone. Security-wise, the smartphone features an on-screen fingerprint sensor and support for face unlock that works through the selfie camera.

Asus is using the latest flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9000 Plus MT6983 octa-core chipset to power the ROG Phone 6D Ultimate. The chipset is paired with Mali-G710 MP10 GPU to handle graphic-intensive tasks. The phone offers a massive 16GB RAM and 512GB of non-expandable storage. For imaging purpose, the device features a triple camera setup that includes a 50MP primary sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide angle sensor, and a 5MP macro sensor.
