Gionee M61 sports an 8-inch Full HD+ display that offers 1080x1920 pixels resolution at a pixel density of 283 PPI. The display comes with thick bezels on all sides with the front camera at the top. The design ensures the display offers larger viewing area and screen to body ratio of 79 percent. The power button and the volume rocker are on the right of the phone. For security purpose, the tablet includes a face unlock feature that works through the front camera.
Performance, Storage, Rear Camera
Gionee M61 is the latest device to use Unisoc T610 octa-core chipset, which includes 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage that is expandable using the microSD card slot. The device runs on Android 11 version out of the box. For imaging purpose, Gionee offers an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP camera on the front for selfies, video calls and more.

Gionee M61 comes loaded with a 5000mAh battery that supports normal charging speed via microUSB port. For connectivity, the phone has features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, 4G VoLTE, USB OTG, and GPS with GLONASS.
