The Honor 40X has a larger 6.67-inch IPS LCD display that offers 1080 x 2388 pixels resolution. The screen has a 120Hz refresh rate and comes with a pixel density of 391ppi. Honor X40 includes a punch-hole cutout at the top center of the screen that covers the selfie camera. The power button and volume rockers are placed on the right side of the phone. Security-wise, the device has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and supports a face unlock that works via a selfie camera.

The Honor 40X uses MediaTek Dimensity 810 MT6833 chipset, which is paired with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU for the graphic intensive workload. The device packs 8GB of RAM and 128GB of non-expandable storage. In the optics department, the device has a dual camera, that includes a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The rear camera features are digital zoom, auto flash, face detection, and touch to focus. The device comes with an 8MP resolution camera on the front screen that helps you to take selfies and video calls.
Battery, Fast charging, and Connectivity
The device gets fueled by a 5,100mAh Li-Polymer battery that supports a 40W fast charging feature via a USB Type-C port. The Honor X40X includes the connectivity options like dual-SIM support, 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11, b/g/n, Mobile Hotspot, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
