The Infinix Hot 14 Play features a 6.92-inch IPS LCD display with an HD+ 720 x 1520 pixels resolution. The display comes with a pixel density of 243PPI. The front of the device has a punch-hole cutout that accommodates the selfie camera. For security purpose, the device features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock support that works through a selfie camera.

Powering the Infinix Hot 14 Play under the hood there is an octa-core MediaTek Helio G37 processor. The processor is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Users can expand the storage up to 512GB via a microSD card. The imaging duties of the device is handled by a triple-camera setup, which includes a 16MP primary camera, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor.
