The iQOO 11T features a premium design language and is available in beautiful colour options. The back panel is covered in glass, while the front panel has a punch-hole cutout. The iQOO 11T features a 6.67-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone also has a pixel density of 395ppi and an AMOLED display screen. The handset includes an on-screen fingerprint sensor and face unlock for further security.

An octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor powers the iQOO 11T. The 4nm processor has a clock speed of up to 3GHz and an Adreno 730 GPU to perform graphics-intensive applications. The device has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The gadget has a quad-camera configuration with a 108MP primary sensor, a 12MP secondary shooter, an 8MP third sensor, and a 2MP quaternary sensor. On the front, a 32MP camera for selfies and video calls has been added. The iQOO phone comes with the Android 12 operating system and a customised version of the company's user interface.
