The iQOO 8 Legend flaunts a 6.7-inch AMOLED display that has 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution. The display panel has an aspect ratio of 20:9, HDR 10+ support, 89.44% screen-to-body ratio, and a pixel density of 518 PPI. The screen has a punch-hole at the top which includes the selfie camera. The smartphone runs Android 11 out of the box with Origin OS on top. For the security purpose, the iQOO 8 Legend has an in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock support.

iQOO is incorporating an octa-core Snapdragon 888 Plus SoC to power the iQOO 8 Legend. The smartphone packs up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The device lacks microSD card support. The iQOO 8 Legend sports a triple-camera setup which includes a 50MP, 48MP, and 12MP camera. The 50MP sensor has OIS support and it can capture 4K videos. On the front side, the device sports a 16MP camera through which you can capture selfies and have video calls.

iQOO 8 Legend packs a 4500mAh battery that supports fast charging. The device can be charged up to 100% in just 18 minutes, claims iQOO. Connectivity-wise the device has a dual-SIM card slot, 4G VoLTE, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.

iQOO 8 May Launch in India Late October or Early November With Snapdragon 888+, 2K Display and More

iQOO launched the iQOO 8 and the iQOO 8 Pro smartphones in China last month. Both these devices feature top-of-the-line specifications and they come with a triple-camera setup. Now, it looks like the brand is prepping up for the launch of the iQOO 8 smartphone in India soon. 91Mobiles claims to have learned from industry sources that iQOO will launch the iQOO 8 Legend smartphone in India later this month or in early November. While iQOO is yet to reveal officially the India launch date of the iQOO 8 Legend. Considering that iQOO iQOO 7 Legend was a rebrand of the iQOO 7 Pro, we can expect iQOO to debut the iQOO 8 Pro with the iQOO 8 Legend moniker for the Indian market.
