As mentioned above, the iQOO Neo 3s flaunts a 6.57-inch OLED display with a FHD+ 1080 x 2408 pixels resolution. The display panel has a 120Hz refresh rate, DCI-P3 color gamut, 96% NTSC color gamut, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and HDR10+ support. The display comes with a punch-hole cutout at the center that houses a selfie camera. Dimensions-wise, the handset measures at around 163.97 x 75.53 x 8.93mm and weigh 194.8 grams. For security purpose, the device includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and has a Face unlock feature.

The Neo 3s is backed by Qualcomm's octa-core Snapdragon 870 SoC that is aided with Adreno 650 GPU for ultra-smooth performance. The phone ships in 6GB/8GB/12GB RAM options along with 64GB/128GB/256GB internal storage. In terms of imaging, the device sports a triple-camera setup. The phone incorporates a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro camera at the rear. For selfies and video-calling, the Neo 3s is equipped with a 16MP camera. On the software side of things, the device runs Android 11 out of the box.
