The iQOO Z3x 5G features a 6.57-inch AMOLED display. The screen features a punch-hole cutout at the top right side of the display that houses the selfie camera. The display produces pixel density of 401 PPI and it has a 20:9 aspect ratio. The power and volume buttons are located on the right side of the device. As for the security purpose, the device has a in-display fingerprint sensor and a face unlock support. On the software front, the smartphone runs Android 11 out of the box with a layer of OriginOS on top.

The iQOO Z3x 5G uses an octa-core Dimensity 1000 Plus processor. The device packs 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone lacks a microSD card support, which means you are limited to 128GB of internal storage. Thanks to the Mali-G77 MC9 GPU, the device offers flawless performance. The smartphone on the back features a triple rear camera that includes 48MP primary sensor, a 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and 2MP depth sensor. The front of the phone gets a 16MP camera that lets you click selfies and make video calls.

iQOO has equipped a 5,000mAh battery with the iQOO Z3x 5G. The device supports fast charging via a USB Type C port. For connectivity, the device has dual-SIM card support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, 4G VoLTE, and GPS with GLONASS.
