Lava Iris 360 Music

The Lava Iris 360 Music is a low-cost, Android powered phone launched by Indian manufacturer Lava. Launched in August 2014, the Iris 360 Music, as evident from its naming scheme is targeted at music lovers. The handset is perhaps the lowest priced music centric handset currently available in the market. Let us check out what the hardware specifications of the Iris 360 Music are like.

We start with the chipset and the processor which happens to be an unspecified model - most likely to be an entry-level MediaTek chipset that houses a dual core processor clocked at 1 Ghz. Lava has not specified the exact chipset they have used on the Iris 360 Music. As expected, this phone is low on RAM as well. There is just 512MB of it making multitasking problematic on the phone. Internal memory is on the lower side as well - with the phone doing with just 4GB of storage. Thankfully, you can use microSD cards upto 32GB capacity to augment the memory further.

The Lava Iris 360 Music is also quite a small handset by today's standards. It sports a 3.5 inch display as opposed to the 4 plus inch displays that most smartphones of today get. The imaging department is handled by a 3.15 megapixel main camera which can also shoot videos. The phone also gets a front camera that can be used for making video calls and of course, Skyping.

With support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, A-GPS, FM Radio and micro USB, the Lava Iris 360 Music has plenty of connectivity options. The phone boasts of a 1400 mAH battery that claims to endow the phone with 350 hours of standby time and upto six hours of talktime. The Lava Iris 360 Music comes in two color options - White and Black.
