The Chinese smartphone maker LeEco has introduced its first made in India smartphone in the form of Le 1s(Eco). The device comes bundled with attractive specs coupled with an impressive price tag.

The Le 1s(Eco) is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 chipset which is clocked at 2.2 GHz to ensure smooth sailing. The device also allows users to work on multiple apps at the same time courtesy 3GB of RAM. With PowerVR G6200 GPU, one can also expect to enjoy high-end games over the big screen. Storing apps and other data should not be a concern as the smartphone ships with an internal storage space of 32GB which cannot be expanded further.

The device runs the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box and sports a similar look to the previously launched Le 1s. The latest offering also sports a fingerprint sensor which is stationed at the rear. The first 'Made for India' device from LeEco supports 10 Indian regional languages.

On the front, the Le 1s(Eco) flaunts a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS LCD display that is paired with awesome viewing angles keeping in mind the price tag it comes with. The screen is fairly legible even when placed under bright sunlight.

For imaging, there is a 13-megapixel rear camera which is paired with an LED flash to capture images and record videos in both dark and bright conditions. On the front, the Le 1s(Eco) comes with a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter using which one can expect decent selfies and video calling.

In the connectivity forum, the device sports an array of options including 4G, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and a microUSB Type-C port. Also, there is dual SIM support that allows users to use two networks simultaneously. In addition, LeEco has partnered with Yupp TV and Eros Now for providing Movies, and Live TV streaming with the Le Vidi and Le Live. The Le Music offers more than 3.5 million songs from Hungama and streams 50 music concerts from all over the world.

Does it get heat while using continuously?

If you see this phone, it has got a full metal unibody case because of which it gets heated only for following scenarios:- 1. Playing heavy graphics game - (which I do, but it's not getting that hot) 2. Prolonged use of 4G network may also cause a heating issue. But if you ask my experience with heating issues, then I never felt it too heated. Again it depends on the use, and if you are using it without a case, it will help your phone lose heat. Thanks.

Yes, since it comes with a metal body, it heats a lot compared to other phones. But no wonder that's a glitch in every phone that comes with a metal body. That's the only glitch in this phone.
