Does it supports WhatsApp?
It runs on Windows 10. Any device working on Windows can be used for watsapp in two ways..
1. Directly open whatsapp web in your browser application and scan your mobile whatsapp's QR code
Enjoy Whatsapp
2. Install any Android OS emulator for ex. Blue Stack in your Windows and then you can enjoy using android in your laptab . Open blue stacks and simple install whatsapp from playstore. Just like any Android device.
NOTE: running Wi-fi connection is must required in order to connect to internet

Does it have a SIM card slot and Wi-Fi connectivity?
Yes, it has a SIM card slot with a Wi-Fi connection. But you can use only data from the SIM card, and it doesn't allow calls.

Is this a 4G Laptab?
No, it's a 3G tab. However, it's not worth investing in this laptop on account of very sub-standard specifications.
