Micromax Canvas Tab P666

The device developed a problem on 17 July 2015( about 6 months after purchase). It was submitted to Service Centre on 21st July 2015 (Job Sheet No. N030756-0715-18057083). After long delay and repeated phone calls device was delivered to me on 25 August 2015 (after 35 days!). However, the company had put the wrong motherboard which the service center was not ready to accept. After repeated requests and multiple visits they accepted the mistake and submitted the device again for repair on 3 August 2015 (Job Sheet No. N030756-0915-18977495). Even after 90 days have passed since I first submitted the device, the problem is yet to be resolved. The micromax customer care say 15 days every time I call them yet no resolution in sight. All this is happening within the warranty period. No satisfactory reply from the service center.(read more)

I Have Buy A Micromax Canvas Tab P666 and it was very useful and the tablet is very slim,great graphics,nice camera and many other feature those are exellent for me so i give a suggestion to all to buy a tablet and use and then you also being enjoy it....................

Micromax as a growing company with its mouth watering products launched its tablet of the canvas series, the micromax canvas tab P666. It also has more features for less price. This is the best tablet and company with better service than others (lava,alcatel,ec.). it has some advantages and as usual some disadvantages. PROS 1)it supports cellular networks. It has a micro sim card slot. 2G and 3G network can be operated. The network stability is good and fast. 2)Android 4.4, it doesn't run the latest lollipop but still it is not the old jellybean. Kitkat supports many apps, this is a major advantage. 3)large 8 inch screen, many tablets have 7 inch, but this has a better and large screen. it has a resolution of 800X1280 which means t is HD. it has a PPI density of 189 which is low but i didn't face any pixelation. Games and movies the screen is sharp and responsive. 4)Intel Atom dual core 1.2 GHz processor, its intel which delivers great performance. The games like modern combat 4 was smooth and there was no lag. The processor is fast and multitasking is great. 5)1 GB RAM, though it's not enough for a tablet, but still good, as any tablets at his price offer only 512 MB RAM. the performance was very good. I didn't face any lag. 6)Good camera, it has a 5 MP primary camera which supports Full HD video and has a resolution of 2592 х 1944 pixels, the camera is sharp. it also has a 2 MP secondary camera which is good for video calling. Both cameras are very good. 7)battery, it has a non removable 4400 mAh battery, it lasts for about a day with less usage, about half day with normal usage and only 2-3 hours with heavy usage. 8)connectivity, it supports SIM (3G), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, hotspot also and bluetooth 4.0. These are common but important. CONS 1)It's not major but it doesn't support radio. for radio lovers and who love to listen to music on radio this is not for them. 2)Only two sensors, Accelerometer, proximity (not major) Overall this is the best tablet for price. Micromax is a trusted brand and has the quality. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TABLET. although it priced around Rs.10000 but you can get it for less online. neither u can call it tablet nor a phone.. I hv thrown in garbage. touch, processing, battery backup everything pathetic...

If you are not willing to shell out a lot of money on a tablet, then could be a good deal for you. But those who are looking for a better performer, can opt for Samsung's Nexus 7 tablet. But this Micromax tablet does justice to its price.
