Motorola is introducing a new tablet dubbed as the Moto Tab 8 in India. The Moto Tab 8 features a metal unibody design and has mediocre specifications. Speaking about the display aspect of the tablet first, it boasts a 8-inch IPS LCD display that has 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution. The display panel has a pixel density of 283 PPI. Powering the Moto Tab 8 under the hood is MediaTek's Helio P22 chipset. The tablet packs 3GB of RAM and has 32GB of internal storage. You also can expand the storage up to 256GB on Moto Tab 8 with the help of a microSD card. As for the optics purpose, the Moto Tab 8 is equipped with a 13MP rear camera unit. On the front side, the tablet sports a 5MP selfie camera. On the software front, the tablet runs Android 11 OS out of the box. A 5000mAh battery is loaded with the Moto Tab 8, which unfortunately lacks fast charging support. Connectivity-wise the tablet offers features like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, a 3.5mm audio jack and a USB Type-C port.
