AMOLED Display, Design, Security

The OnePlus Oscar features a 6.5-inch AMOLED display that supports Full HD+ resolution. The screen has a 20:9 aspect ratio, punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera, thin bezels on all sides, and a 402 PPI pixel density. The power button and alert slider is placed on the right side of the device, while at the left the volume keys are located. For the security purpose, the device has an in-display fingerprint sensor. The handset also has a face unlock support that works through the selfie camera.

Processor, Storage, Camera

An octa-core 5nm Snapdragon 888 processor powers the OnePlus Oscar. The SoC includes up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The handset lacks a microSD card support. On the backside, the Oscar features a triple-camera setup, which includes a 64MP main camera. The 64MP sensor has PDAF and OIS support. Accompanying the 64MP sensor, there is a 16MP ultra-wide lens and a 5MP camera unit. For the selfies and video-calling support, the device features a 16MP camera. As for the software, the handset runs OxygenOS 12 software version, which is based on Android 12.

Keeping the lights on there is a 4,500mAh battery that has fast charging support. Connectivity-wise the device offers features such 4G VoLTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.2, 5G, and GPS.
