OPPO Find 7

The device boasting a QHD screen is the first in India and is priced at Rs 37,990. The smartphone looks more elongated than any other Android phablet available in the market. The device is smooth and thin and for a change the device has matt finish at back which feels and looks like carbon fibre. However, those with small palms might find it difficult to carry the device around and it is a tall device for single-handed operation. The Oppo Find 7 has a 5.5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with QHD (2560 x 1440 pixels) screen resolution which translates to an impressive pixel density of 534 PPI. The best thing about the device is that there is no visible branding or physical buttons although the Find 7 has dimly lit capacitive touch buttons. The device comes with a 13-megapixel rear autofocus camera and dual-LED flash. The camera captures high quality images and records 4K UHD videos along with Full HD videos. This is the first 13MP camera in Android world which also clicks 50MP images by clicking multiple images in rapid mode. There is also RAW image mode which provides uncompressed images to the user. The primary camera at the back panel is coupled with a 5-megapixel front camera which is destined to be a hit among all selfie lovers. The front camera also has the capability of recording HD videos. The Oppo Find 7 is 9.2 mm thin and weighs 171 grams.

The flagship device is powered by a 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 Krait 400 processor with Adreno 330 GPU. In terms of memory the device has 3GB RAM with a massive 32GB internal storage capacity, and if you need more there is a microSD card slot present on the device which can enhance the storage capacity up to 128GB. Other flagship devices like HTC One M8 and Samsung Galaxy S5 does come with Snapdragon 801 processor but the Oppo Find 7 has 3GB RAM as compared to 2GB RAM of Galaxy S5 and HTC One M8.

In addition, the smartphone features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The device is available in three different colour variants namely: White, Black and Astro Black. Sadly, Find 7 suffers from the absence of a FM Radio. The Oppo Find 7 comes with 4G LTE (India LTE ready) bands which offers faster connectivity than 3G. Other connectivity options that tag along with the device are GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and microUSB 2.0 port. Unlike the N1, the device has a removable back panel and a swappable battery. The smartphone is powered by a Li-Po 3000mAh battery which is enough to keep your device powered throughout the day.
