The Pixel 9 Pro is compact, cute, and features impressive cameras - especially the 5x optical zoom and selfie cam. It handles daily tasks effortlessly, with battery life lasting well into the next day. The clean software and game-changing AI features, like Pixel Screenshots and automatic photo edits, are highlights. While its performance lags behind the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and others, it outshines the pricier Pixel 9 Pro XL. It can heat up during gaming or camera use, but cools down fast. Overall, it's a reliable, user-friendly device with long software support - though you'll pay a premium for it.

The iPhone 16 Pro introduces only a few subtle changes compared to the iPhone 15 Pro. While the design remains largely the same, the iPhone 16 Pro does include a new capture button for quick access to the camera app and additional features. When it comes to performance, this device is a powerhouse. With iOS 18, users can enjoy advanced features such as audio transcriptions, an improved voicemail system, and voice memos, among others. The battery life is also dependable. If you're seeking a smartphone that offers minimal design tweaks but still delivers a premium experience, along with exceptional camera quality and strong performance, the iPhone 16 Pro is an excellent choice.

The iPhone 15 Pro Max has got the whole shebang: top-notch display, killer performance, and a camera that's off the charts. Sure, it's priced a bit steep, but hey, that's just the iPhone way in India. The titanium back panel looks fly, even though it's a total fingerprint magnet. Plus, the rounded edges of the phone make it very easy to hold without a case. Speaking of the display, users get a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, making watching videos and Netflix shows feel like a breeze. And let's not forget the cameras - a 48MP main, 12MP ultra-wide, and 12MP telephoto at the back, with a crisp 12MP selfie shooter up front. The 15 Pro Max will provide consistent results, with crisp details and ample dynamic range. The smartphone is powered by the Apple A17 Pro chip, making it a smooth operator. Whether scrolling through social media apps, casual browsing, texting, or playing intensive games, everything feels effortless. Sure, the phone might heat but a quick software update should sort that out. Battery life is impressive, providing nearly a full day of use, although charging speeds could be faster. And with iOS 17, customization options abound, allowing you to tailor the device to your liking. So, if you're willing to splash the cash, the iPhone 15 Pro Max is where it's at.

The Galaxy Z Fold 6 refines its design with a more ergonomic, lightweight build and a slightly wider cover screen. The less prominent crease and increased brightness enhance usability. While it maintains the same battery capacity, it performs well and features improved AI tools for browsing and note-taking. However, it retains the previous generation's cameras and charging speeds. For better camera and charging options, consider the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro or OnePlus Open. For advanced AI, the Z Fold 6 is ideal.

The iPhone 15 Pro, while lacking revolutionary changes, impresses with its USB-C port, titanium build, and A17 Pro chip, built on industry-first 3nm process. The display is stunning, featuring high brightness and a faster refresh rate for smooth use. Despite minor camera upgrades, the portrait mode and focal length additions are noteworthy, though post-processing consistency needs improvement. The phone falls short in maximising the true potential of USB Type-C (but it is finally here!), lacks faster charging, and offers an average battery life. That said, the iPhone 15 Pro is a perfect example of there is more to it that meets the eye. While the iPhone 15 Pro may feel pricey at Rs 1,34,990, it is a reliable and powerful compact option that takes forward the legacy of its predecessors in the right direction.

The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro is a fantastic foldable phone. It looks good, feels good, performs well, charges up quick, has remarkable battery life and takes some stunning shots. The Rs 1,59,999 is steep, no doubt, but it can also double up as a laptop and tablet replacement. That said, Vivo still needs to polish their UI.

Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max is the ideal flagship device for 2020 but with an exorbitant price tag. It has the latest A14 Bionic chipset that gives top-end performance with the paired 6GB RAM. You get ample storage and the new triple rear cameras get even better this year. The Retina OLED screen is the icing on the cake with a battery backup that'll satisfy most people. However, at this price, the phone offers no high refresh rate, storage is still not expandable, iOS 14 not the best for one-hand use, and the battery only supports 18W fast charging.

The Google Pixel 8 Pro features a matte body finish that makes it easy to hold, and the device feels quite compact. It has a 6.7-inch OLED display that remains bright even under glaring sunlight. The display offers a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth animations and an impressive user experience. Powered by the Tensor G3 SoC, the phone boasts significant AI capabilities and handles everyday tasks efficiently. However, its gaming performance may not meet expectations, as the phone tends to heat up during extended gameplay sessions. The Pixel 8 Pro has a 50MP primary camera and a 48MP ultra-wide camera. While the primary camera shows minimal improvements over the Pixel 7 Pro, the tones are cooler. The phone excels in low-light photography, which is a notable advantage. It has a 5050mAh battery and supports 30W charging, although the charger is not included in the box. Running on Android 14, the 8 Pro offers a pure Android experience. Therefore, if you are looking for a smartphone with excellent camera capabilities, a stock Android experience, and advanced AI features, the Pixel 8 Pro is a strong contender.
