The 128GB variant of the Samsung Galaxy F22 gets 6GB RAM and that's the only difference you get with the phone which gives improved performance. The device sports a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with support for 90Hz refresh rate. It's powered by Helio G80 chipset. The quad cameras at the back are decent and with a 6,000mAh battery you get support for more than a day. However, the bulky design, HD+ screen resolution and 15W fast charging does not match with other devices in this price range.

Samsung has added the Galaxy F12 to its budget lineup. This phone packs an intriguing set of features. While it sports a 6.5-inch HD+ display, you get 90Hz refresh rate support which is exciting to have at this price. Then you get the Exynos 850 chipset paired with 4GB RAM for decent day-to-day performance. The cameras deliver on both fronts, and 6,000mAh battery promises life of day or more with ease. Samsung launched the Galaxy F22 with focus on the budget buyers in the market. It has matched the needs of users with a Super AMOLED display and 90Hz refresh rate at this price which is impressive. The phone comes powered by Helio G80 chipset that does well in this range. You get expandable storage, quad rear camera, massive battery for long backup as well. However, the screen features HD+ resolution, the battery makes the phone bulky and you only get 15W fast charging support. Buy it if you need a phone with long battery life, and decent cameras.

The Poco C61 boasts a larger display, an attractive design, and a battery that can last up to two days. Its 6.71-inch IPS LCD display, while not top-tier, comes at a reasonable price and offers a decent 90Hz refresh rate for a smoother experience. Now, under the hood, it's powered by the MediaTek Helio G36 SoC. It's a budget chip, but it'll handle your everyday stuff just fine. It can even run games like BGMI and COD at lower settings, though it's not geared towards high-performance gaming. Its camera setup includes an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP selfie camera, providing decent picture quality. The real standout feature is its 5000mAh battery, offering impressive longevity. What really sets this phone apart is its inclusion of Android 14 out-of-the-box, offering users the latest software experience. With MIUI 14 providing extensive customization options and features like the MIUI dialer for call recording, it adds significant value to the package. For those looking for a wallet-friendly smartphone without compromising on essential features, the Poco C61 is a compelling option at the lowest end of the budget spectrum.

Xiaomi Redmi 9A sits in the budget smartphone segment and offers a host of features that are pretty good for the price. It sports a 6.53-inch bright HD+ display with notch, powered by octa-core Mediatek chipset, features dual rear camera and comes loaded with a 5,000mAh battery. The only gripe with the phone is that it comes with 2GB RAM and microUSB port for charging.

The handset sports a 50MP triple-camera setup which takes some good images. The smartphone offers a long-lasting battery life. The Poco C65 comes with MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, a 50MP triple rear camera setup, a 5,000mAh battery, and 18W fast charging. While all this is common for a budget phone, it stands out because it undercuts the competition with its price. The Poco C65 offers a good daily performance with a battery that should last up to a day. There's 18W charging support as well, is about as much as the market standard. The 90Hz refresh rate of the display could have been higher, considering many budget smartphones offer a 120Hz screen these days. Given the phone runs MIUI OS, it comes with heavy customisation and bloatware, which might be an issue for some users. If you're on a tight budget and are looking for a smartphone strictly under the Rs 10,000 price point, then Poco C65 is one of the best options to consider. It offers a good screen, a decent camera system, and a modest performance.

The Realme C2 is a bit of a mixed bag. While the software is great, cameras perform well, and battery life is excellent, the use of a weak chipset results in a jittery experience. there is also just 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage on the base variant, which can further hamper multitasking on this phone. The Realme C2 makes sense for those looking for a bare minimum Android smartphone. If you have the budget to go for the higher storage variant, just pick up the Redmi 7 instead.

The Realme 3i offers a unique look with matte finish paint. While its screen resolution appears low, it also serves as an advantage in terms of battery life as the Helio P70 doesn't have to push as many pixels to drive the HD screen. Its cameras are nothing to write home about and the phone still uses the old microUSB port for charging. At least it comes with dedicated microUSB and dual SIM card slots and it will receive the Android 10 upgrade in 2020. Realme 3i is not a bad phone but it doesn't get our whole-hearted recommendation either.
