The handset is loaded with a 6.77-inch AMOLED display that comes with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. The device packs Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and comes with a pixel density of 389ppi. The company has also introduced an in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock feature with the latest flagship smartphone. 

The Realme GT 4 5G is packed with the latest and greatest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. The 4nm processor comes with a single core of Cortex X2, three cores of Cortex A710, and four cores of Cortex A510. The device is loaded with Adreno 730 GPU. The Realme GT 4 5G is available with a massive 12GB of RAM and comes with 256GB of internal storage. In terms of optics, the Realme device packs a quad-camera setup with a combination of a 64MP primary sensor, 12MP secondary shooter, 8MP third sensor, and a 2MP fourth sensor. On the front, the company has added a 32MP shooter for selfies and video calling. The Realme GT 4 5G runs on the Android 12 operating system and comes with a custom user interface of Realme UI on top.

The latest smartphone from the Chinese brand is juiced up by a 5,050mAh battery. The non-removable battery also supports fast charging technology. The Realme GT 4 5G offers a host of connectivity options, including 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS with GLONASS, dual-SIM and a USB Type-C port.
