Samsung Galaxy A8 2018

Samsung is known to manufacture high-quality products ranging from smartphones to advanced defence systems (not kidding about this). On the smartphone end of the spectrum, they offer a wide range of devices ranging from top-of-the-line flagships to more affordable solutions for people who are on a budget. The A series of phones by Samsung offers excellent specifications for a reasonable price. 

Keeping up with the market trend of bezel-less devices, the Samsung Galaxy A8 is set to sport a 5.6-inch panel Full HD+ (1080x2160), Super AMOLED, given the history of past devices. The device comes with a 16-megapixel primary camera which along with an LED flash is designed to capture images and videos. One of the interesting features of the device is that there are dual front-facing shooters. The Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) ships with dual 16+8-megapixel front-facing cameras.

The Samsung Galaxy A8 2018 will most likely feature an Exynos 7885 SoC with 4GB of RAM. Internal storage will most likely be 32GB, depending on the variant, with expansion capabilities. The device will most likely feature a fingerprint scanner, but its location is yet to be determined. Not much known about the battery capacity, processor clock speed and what version of Android that it will run out of the box, but we'll know soon as the device is set to be unveiled this January, much like all previous Galaxy A series phones. 

The Samsung Galaxy A8 should ideally be a dual SIM device with 4G and VoLTE compatibility. Similar to the S8 and S8 Plus, the A8 will feature a dedicated Bixby button. Bluetooth 5.0 is all set to come with Samsung's mid-range devices with the Galaxy A8 2018. Other features include 802.11 b/g/n/ac WiFi and a USB Type C connector for charging and data transfer.
