The Samsung Galaxy M41s flaunts a 6.3-inch IPS LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution. The display panel has a 19:9 aspect ratio, a pixel density of 418 PPI, and a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The power and volume keys are located on the right side. The security aspect of the device is handled by a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. The smartphone also has face unlock support that works through the selfie camera. On the software front, the Galaxy M41s boots One UI skin out of the box, which is based on Android 11.

Powering the Galaxy M41s under the hood there is an octa-core Helio G96 processor. The smartphone comes with 6GB of RAM and has 128GB of internal storage.
