The Samsung Galaxy M81 is available with a 6.6-inch AMOLED display with a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The screen comes with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and offers a 393ppi pixel density. The Samsung Galaxy M81 also features an on-screen fingerprint sensor and comes with a face unlock feature.

The Samsung Galaxy M81 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G chipset. The processor comes with eight Kryo 470 cores that deliver a clock speed of up to 2.2GHz. The phone is also equipped with Adreno 618 GPU to handle the graphics. The device is loaded with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB via a microSD card slot. The Galaxy 81 flaunts a triple-camera setup on the rear panel with a combination of a 64MP primary sensor along with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 5MP macro shooter. For selfies and video calling, the device packs a 32MP shooter. The latest smartphone runs on the Android 12 operating system.
