The Vivo Y35 Plus is the latest mid-range Y-series smartphone from Vivo. This new smartphone arrives with a 6.58-inch IPS LCD display that has a Full HD+ resolution. The device has a 20:9 aspect ratio panel, a water-drop-shaped notch at the top of the screen, and thin bezels on all sides. The phone has a 400 nits brightness and a 90Hz refresh rate. The power and volume keys are located on the right side of the handset. As for the security purpose, this new Y-series smartphone has a face unlock support which works through the selfie camera. Additionally, the device also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor which is embedded in a power button. The Y35 Plus boots Android 14 OS out of the box with the company's Funtouch OS skin on top.

Vivo is making use of an octa-core Dimensity 6020 processor to power the Y35 Plus. This 7nm chipset is paired with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU which handles the graphical performance on the device. For the imaging purpose, the handset has got a dual-camera setup. The camera module comprises of a 50MP primary camera that has a f/2.2 aperture. The 50MP sensor is accompanied by a 2MP macro lens which has a f/2.4 aperture. For the selfies and video-calling purpose, the handset relies on a 8MP camera which has a f/1.8 aperture.

The Vivo Y35 Plus is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery which supports 30W fast charging via a USB Type-C port. In terms of connectivity, the handset has several features such as Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS, a 3.5mm audio jack, 4G VoLTE, dual-SIM card slot, and 5G.
