The Vivo Y77 Pro 5G carries a 6.67-inch AMOLED touchscreen that supports a Full HD+ resolution of 1080x2400 pixels and produces a pixel density of 395 pixels per inch (PPI). The smartphone sports a punch-hole design at the top center of the screen that houses the selfie camera. The device gets a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and supports a face-unlock that works via a selfie camera.

The Vivo Y77 Pro 5G packs a 5nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor coupled with 8GB RAM and offers 128GB of internal storage for a lag-free performance, and the device can be further expandable up to 1TB using a dedicated memory slot. The processor consists of Mali-G610 MC6 GPU, which handles the smartphone's graphical performance. The handset flaunts dual cameras that comprise a 50MP resolution camera and a 2MP resolution camera on the rear.

The Vivo Y77 Pro 5G derives power from a 5000mAh Li-Polymer battery that gets long backup for more than a day and supports a fast charging feature via a USB Type-C port.
