The Xiaomi 13X 5G smartphone comes with an interesting design language. The back panel comes with a gloss finish and offers a triple-camera module. The front panel comes with a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The Xiaomi 13X 5G stacks a 6.9-inch Quad HD+ display that comes with a resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels. The phone comes with an AMOLED display panel and bears 509ppi pixel density. In terms of security, the company has added an in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock feature. 

The Xiaomi 13X 5G is powered by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor that is built using a 5nm fabrication process. The chipset comes with Kryo 680 CPUs that deliver flagship performance in almost every department. The handset also comes with a whopping 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Sadly, there is no option to expand the storage as the company has not given an option of a microSD card slot. Moving on, the Xiaomi 13X 5G comes with triple rear cameras with a combination of 108MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and 5MP depth sensor. On the front, the brand has added a 32MP shooter for selfies and video calling. The Xiaomi 13X 5G runs on the Android 12 operating system and comes with the latest version of MIUI 13.

The Xiaomi 13X 5G is loaded with a 5,000mAh battery and supports fast charging technology via a USB Type-C port. The device also supports a plethora of connectivity features, including 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth v5.2, NFC, GPS with GLONASS, dual-SIM support, and a USB Type-C port.
