Xiaomi Redmi K40 Ultra

Xiaomi Redmi K40 Ultra features the same design as that of its predecessor Redmi K30 Ultra, except that the device now has a punch-hole display. The phone features a 6.67-inch OLED display that has FHD+ 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. The display panel has a 120Hz refresh rate, an aspect ratio of 20:9, a pixel density of 395PPI, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The back panel of the handset is made up of metal and glass. The device houses a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, which is embedded in a power button. The phone even has a software-enabled face unlock option.

Powering the Redmi K40 Ultra under the hood is MediaTek's Dimensity 1200 SoC. The chipset is aided with the Mali-G77 MC9 GPU. The phone ships with 6GB of RAM and packs 128GB of internal storage. The device lacks microSD card support. On the software side of things, the smartphone boots Android 11 based MIUI 12 out of the box.

As for the optics, the Redmi K40 Ultra features a triple-camera setup. The phone sports a 64MP primary main camera, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. On the front side, the handset comes equipped with a 16MP camera. The 64MP rear-facing camera offer 4K video recording and HDR shooting mode.

For the power backup, the Redmi K40 Ultra houses a 5065mAh battery which supports 67W fast charging. The device has dual-SIM support, 4G, 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS, a 3.5mm audio jack, and USB Type-C port.
