ZTE Voyage 40 Pro Plus features a massive 6.67-inch AMOLED display that gives out Full HD+ resolution at 1080x2460 pixels resolution. The bezel-less display has a punch-hole cutout at the top center that houses the selfie camera. With this design, the larger 20:9 aspect ratio display offers a pixel density of 395PPI and a normal 60Hz refresh rate. The device has a thickness of 7.6mm and around 192.5gms. The main security features include the side-mounted fingerprint sensor and support for face unlock that works through the selfie camera.

The ZTE Voyage 40 Pro Plus comes powered by octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 MT6833 chipset. The Mali-G57 MC2 GPU is responsible for the graphical needs of the device. To enhance the performance further, the chipset gets paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage that is expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card. In the optics department, the ZTE Voyage 40 Pro Plus comes with a triple-camera setup that consists of a 64MP primary sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor.
