Lava has expanded its smartphone portfolio with the launch of the new Virat Series, introducing the Lava Virat V1 5G and Lava Virat V1 in partnership with Flipkart. Targeted at online-first buyers, the Made-in-India smartphones focus on delivering dependable everyday performance, clean Android software, and durable designs at affordable prices.

Lava Virat V1 5G Specifications And Features

The Lava Virat V1 5G features a 6.75-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a UNISOC T8200 processor, 4GB RAM with up to 4GB virtual RAM, 64GB storage expandable up to 1TB, and a 6,000mAh battery. It also packs a 13MP AI dual rear camera, a 5MP selfie camera, IP64 dust and water resistance, and ships with Android 16 out of the box without ads or bloatware. The phone will be available in Arya Blue and Sonar Gold colour options.

The standard Lava Virat V1 comes with a 6.75-inch HD+ display, UNISOC SC9863A processor, 4GB RAM with 4GB virtual RAM, 64GB expandable storage, a 5,000mAh battery, and the same 13MP AI dual rear camera alongside a 5MP front camera. It also carries an IP64 rating and offers a clean Android experience free from ads and unnecessary pre-installed apps. Colour options include Nilgiri Blue and Himalayan Silver.

Lava Virat V1 5G Pricing And Availability

The Lava Virat V1 5G is priced at Rs. 11,999 on the first day of sale, after which it will retail at Rs. 12,999. The Virat V1 4G debuts at a launch price of Rs. 8,999, increasing to Rs. 9,999 after the initial sale. The new lineup will go on sale from July 31 at 12 PM via Flipkart and Lava's official website. Lava says the series has been built for homemakers, students, young professionals, and value-conscious buyers, combining reliable hardware with Flipkart's Open Box Delivery and financing options.

Both smartphones also include Lava's Free Service@Home support, allowing customers to get after-sales assistance without visiting a service centre.
