Motorola G37 Power Goes on Sale in India With 7,000mAh Battery and MediaTek Dimensity 6400

Motorola has announced the sale of the Moto g37 POWER, Moto g37, and Moto buds 2 in India starting today at 12 PM. The devices are available via Flipkart, Motorola.in, and leading retail stores across the country.

Motorola is positioning the Moto g37 POWER around battery endurance and durability. The smartphone packs a 7,000mAh battery that the company claims can deliver up to three days of battery life on a single charge. It also supports 33W TurboPower fast charging alongside Battery Care technology and support for up to 1,200 charge cycles. The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset built on a 6nm process. Motorola says the phone combines the processor with up to 8GB RAM, up to 24GB RAM Boost, and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage for smoother multitasking and app performance. Gemini and Circle to Search with Google are also supported.  On the durability side, the Moto g37 POWER comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection, MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification, and an SGS-tested IP64-rated water-resistant design.

120Hz Display and 50MP AI Camera Included

The smartphone features a 6.7-inch punch-hole display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Display Colour Boost technology, High Brightness Mode, and up to 1,050 nits peak brightness.

For imaging, Motorola has equipped the device with a 50MP Quad Pixel AI camera system. AI-powered features include Shot Optimization, Auto Smile Capture, Magic Eraser, Photo Unblur, and Reimagine. Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res Audio support, and Volume Boost are also included. The Moto g37 POWER will be available in Pantone-curated Impenetrable, Capri, and Nautical Blue colour options. The base 4GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs. 15,999, while the 8GB + 128GB model costs Rs. 18,999.

Moto Buds 2 Bring Dual Drivers and 55dB ANC

Alongside the smartphones, Motorola has also launched the Moto buds 2 at Rs. 2,799. The earbuds feature dual 11mm dynamic drivers paired with 6mm micro planar magnetic drivers, along with Hi-Res Audio, LDAC support, and Spatial Audio support.

The earbuds support Dynamic ANC up to 55dB, six microphones, Environmental Noise Cancellation, CrystalTalk AI, Bluetooth 6.0, Gaming Mode, Dual Connection, Wear Detection, and up to 53 hours of total playback with the charging case.

Motorola Targets Battery-Focused Buyers in Budget 5G Segment

With the Moto g37 POWER, Motorola is clearly targeting users prioritising battery endurance and durability in the budget 5G segment. The 7,000mAh battery stands out in a category where most devices still ship with 5,000mAh or 6,000mAh cells. At the same time, the combination of Gorilla Glass 7i, MIL-STD-810H certification, and IP64 protection gives the device a stronger durability-focused positioning than many rivals in the same price range.

The Moto buds 2 similarly focus on value-oriented premium features like LDAC support, Spatial Audio, dual-driver setup, and 55dB ANC at a relatively aggressive price point. Whether the real-world ANC performance and audio tuning match Motorola's claims will ultimately determine how strongly the earbuds compete against options from Realme, OPPO, and OnePlus in the sub-Rs. 3,000 segment.
