Motorola has launched the moto g37 POWER, moto g37, and moto buds 2 in India, expanding its budget smartphone and audio lineup with a focus on battery life, durability, performance, and entertainment features. The new devices will go on sale from May 25 via Flipkart, Motorola India's website, and leading retail stores across the country.
moto g37 POWER Focuses on Battery Life and Durability
Motorola is positioning the moto g37 POWER as the "most powerful phone in its segment," with the smartphone featuring a 7,000mAh battery that the company claims can deliver up to three days of battery life or up to 62 hours on a single charge. The phone supports 33W TurboPower charging, Battery Care technology, and up to 1,200 charge cycles for improved long-term battery health.
The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor and comes with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage. Motorola also includes RAM Boost support, allowing virtual RAM expansion up to 24GB on the higher-end variant. For durability, the moto g37 POWER features Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection, MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification, SGS-tested durability, and an IP64 water-resistant rating. The device is available in Pantone-curated colour options including PANTONE Capri, PANTONE Nautical Blue, and PANTONE Impenetrable finishes.
The phone sports a 6.7-inch HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 1050 nits peak brightness, Display Colour Boost technology, and Smart Water Touch support. Audio features include stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res Audio support, dual microphones, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. For photography, Motorola has equipped the device with a 50MP Quad Pixel rear camera system alongside Google AI-powered editing features, including Magic Eraser, Photo Unblur, and Reimagine. An 8MP front camera handles selfies and video calls.
The moto g37 POWER runs Android 16 out of the box with Hello UI, Moto Secure, Smart Connect, and ThinkShield protection. Motorola has also confirmed one Android OS upgrade and three years of security updates. Alongside the POWER variant, Motorola also introduced the standard moto g37 in a 4GB + 64GB configuration. The company has not detailed the full hardware differences separately in the release, though the device shares the same Dimensity 6400 platform positioning and overall focus on fast 5G performance and durability.
moto buds 2 Offer Dual Drivers and 55dB ANC
Motorola has also expanded its audio lineup with the launch of moto buds 2. The earbuds feature 11mm dynamic drivers paired with 6mm micro planar magnetic drivers alongside Hi-Res Audio and LDAC support in India.
The moto buds 2 support Dynamic Active Noise Cancellation up to 55dB, Transparency Mode, Spatial Audio, and six microphones with CrystalTalk AI noise cancellation for calls. Motorola claims up to 11 hours of playback on a single charge and up to 53 hours total battery life with the charging case for the India variant. Additional features include Bluetooth 6.0, Dual Connection with auto switching, Gaming Mode, Wear Detection, and moto AI integration on compatible Motorola phones. The earbuds are available in PANTONE Carbon, PANTONE Gray Mist, and PANTONE Violet Ice colour options.
